Recently IIFCL , LIC and IDFC singed a Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) on Takeout Finance Scheme(TFS) to provide finance for infrastructure projects .this MoU will provide for takeout up to 50% of total project cost in the ratio of 20:20:10 by IIFCL , LIC and IDFC respectively .
