When in hand in idle situation one must follow few basics rules so that any mishandling may not occur . E-wallet Scheme has been launched by Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), with purpose to make the payment process smooth and to reduce transaction failure errors due to bank transaction related problems. At present Tatkal reservation normally get stuck during banking transaction  Under this scheme, user can deposit money in advance with IRCTC which can be used as a payment option along with other payment options available on IRCTC website for paying money at the time of booking tickets. This scheme is available for PAN verified user only.  As far as refund is considered for waiting list tickets at the time of preparation of chart there is no difference between e-tickets booked through E-wallet scheme or those booked through other payment options available on website www.irctc.co.in.  This scheme is launched with purpose to smooth en the Tatkal reservation and reservations done during peak hours. 

A National Mission on Oilseeds and Oil Palm (NMOOP) has been approved for XII Plan period which will be implemented during the remaining period of the Plan i.e. 2014-15 to 2017-18. An allocation of Rs.3507.00 crore has been made during the 12th Plan. The proposed NMOOP will consist of three Mini Mission (MM) i.e MM-I on Oilseeds, MM-II on Oil Palm and  MM-III on Tree Borne Oilseeds. 

North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS) was set up in Shillong on the lines of AIIMS, New Delhi and PGIMER, Chandigarh to provide advanced and specialized medical facilities in selected specialties and to serve as a regional referral service centre for comprehensive health care for the entire north east region and to provide post graduate medical education and training. Lack of capital is one of the major reasons why grassroots innovations at the village level or by micro and small enterprises have failed to take off.
