A beautiful turn in the life - Part 2

We continued chatting about our likes and dislikes and about different aspects of life. On the third day i again asked her about her answer on marriage proposal. She said

She : hmmm


That was her reply "hmmm" . Our chat continued and though she was little reluctant for voice chatting , she decided to give it a try and we started voice chatting . She asked many thing which in normal situation i would have answered differently  but since i have decided to adhere by her tips on love " to remain honest with the person" , i answered everything very honestly .


There were some instances which showed that she is thinking positively on my proposal

This conversation saddened me but i loved the respect she had for her parents . And as far as i am concerned i have always been dead against betraying parents so i can't be selfish in my case. I decided that if she will agree with my proposal i will try to convince her parents but will never ask her to leave her parents .Infact she herself made it clear that she can never leave her parents . This clarification from her increased my respect towards her.

Then she left for her home for almost 10 days and our chatting time decreased due to obvious reasons . Once while chatting she revealed 

She : we have a review meeting next monday in delhi
She: to main delhi aaungi
Me : are waah ...phir to agar tumhe koi problem na ho to hum mil sakte hain 
She : Waise to main aise kisi online friend se kabhi mili nahi 
Me : to mujhse bhi nahi milogi :(
She :

She : u seems to be genuine ..mian sochungi phir bataungi

I was not sure if she will meet me or not  but the feeling that i may meet her soon made me happy. Till that point of time she had my mobile number but she never shared her . Finally day came and i messaged her and asker her what she has thought .

She : i will be free at around 6pm in the evening ..soch ke bataungi 
Me : okk per thoda pehle bata dena mere yahan se aane me time lagega jahan tum ho

At around she messaged me that she will be free by 7pm and told me the place where we can meet. 

Me : But yaar main tumhe pehchanunga kaise , jo pic tumne dikhayi thi usme face clear nahi tha
Me : aur mere pass tumhara mobile number bhi nahi hai
She : i will call u after reaching the place

I bought a chocolate and  reached the place @ sharp 7pm and started waiting for her , almost one hour passed and i didn't get any phone call or message from her . I thought may be she change her mind and started thinking of going back . just then at about 8:05 pm she called and said am here. 

I turned back and saw a beautiful girl in beautiful dress . She said that her review meeting got extended and she is coming directly from meeting . I told her that it was worth waiting for one hour or else i would have missed chance of meeting her

We just walked around the place and talked with each other .S

ince i was feeling hungry i asked her to lets go and eat something , she said that she is not feeling hungry at all . We went into Mc donalds and ate things of our choice . After that we bought ice-cream and sat at one place and talked for about one hour. Time flew by and it was 9:30 and i need to come back . I gave her chocolate which she took after little persuasion. 

After meeting her my attraction towards her increased . She was very simple, beautiful, indian yet modern girl and the meeting made it clear to me that i have not chosen wrong girl

    I got lil busy , so was not able to write to conclude....and more busy days are ahead...will complete this story for sure in month of december

    Its not possible to conclude now ...because it has been long time since i wrote this article and i have to go into that frame of mind to conclude it ....
    Anyway read it after long time and i feel its better to leave it uncompleted.....

Scheme for creation of National Optical Fiber Network for Broadband connectivity of Panchayats

The Union Cabinet recently approved a scheme for creation of a National Optical Fiber Network (NOFN) for providing Broadband connectivity to Panchayats. The objective of the scheme is to extend the existing optical fiber network which is available up to district / block HQ’s level to the Gram Panchayat level initially by utilizing the Universal Service Obligation Fund (USOF). The cost of this initial phase of the NOFN scheme is likely to be about Rs.20,000 crore. A similar amount of investment is likely to be made by the private sector complementing the NOFN infrastructure while providing services to individual users. In economic terms, the benefits from the scheme are expected through additional employment, e-education, e-health, e-agriculture etc. and reduction in migration of rural population to urban areas. As per a study conducted by the World Bank, with every 10% increase in broadband penetration, there is an increase in GDP growth by 1.4%. NOFN will also facilitate implemen
